As I have always been active, I discovered that working in the wellness industry is my real passion.
I studied for a Masters of Sport Science, majoring in Sports Injuries and Corrective Exercises, where I developed a deep understanding of anatomy, injury prevention, and methods to enhance physical performance.
My academic and practical experiences have shown me the vital role physical activity plays in achieving and maintaining optimal health.

Through my work in gyms and corrective exercise and rehabilitation clinics, I’ve gained valuable experiences in helping clients with diverse needs.
My first over 50’s client was my grandfather, and seeing his improvements in strength and balance sparked a special interest in supporting older adults on their wellness journeys. Working with this age group has been incredibly fulfilling; I see them as both clients and families.I’m excited to meet you all soon and be part of your health journey. No matter what level of fitness or training experience you have, I’ll be here to support and guide you every step of the way.
