If you’ve ever felt stuck in old patterns, weighed down by emotional stress, or dealing with physical discomfort that lingers, you’re not alone—and there is a gentle, effective way to find relief. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, is a simple practice that helps calm the nervous system, release emotional blocks, and support healing—emotionally and physically.

I discovered EFT on my own journey to ease stress, menopause symptoms, heal old emotional wounds, and shift poor eating behaviours. Over time, I was amazed at how much lighter, calmer, and more balanced I felt—and I knew I wanted to share this with others.

About Me

Now, I work with people—especially those in midlife and beyond—who are ready to let go of what no longer serves them. Whether you’re managing stress, navigating change, or simply looking for more peace and clarity, I’m here to guide you in a caring, supportive space.

Sessions are available in person or online, and typically run for about an hour. I offer appointments on Fridays and Saturdays to fit around your week and give you time to relax, reflect, and recharge.
